Reiki practitioners use a combination of activated Reiki Symbols to help heal or energize people, pacify places or clarify situations when the receiving person/object is remotely located from a channel. This treatment may be very useful if the distance and space is a problem. The special sacred symbol is used to send Reiki at a distance. It bridges time and space. It can be used to send Reiki to the past, the present, or the future. This symbol can be used to send Reiki anywhere in the world!

• Do I feel like being attacked by someone or something (like obsessive thoughts?)
• Do I feel useful to myself and others?
• Is my problem related to the relationship with myself or with others?

Your honest answers will help you to identify your problem. You can share your answers with me. Primarily, you will need to change things that bother you by accepting them as they are and by learning how to release the emotional aspect of your problem. This is an important step in helping yourself. This is your homework. You need to remember that you are not your behavior and you are not your belief system. This can be changed at your volition, but you really need to expect changes, and move towards them.

Reiki energy will keep you in a state of awareness that you can expect and experience change. I understand that it is more difficult to be left alone, but finding a support group while still being in the state of raised awareness can really make a difference.

Repeat the following affirmations: I am ready and willing to heal, I release all resistance to healing. I release all fear of healing. I accept complete healing now. Do they sound like truth to you? Repeat them often until they feel just right. The healing will come your way.

I normally send distance healing during my special meditation on Wednesdays evening EST, but I can schedule the delivery on a specific day and time, when you will be more receptive, calm and grateful.

Distance Healing is an energy exchange and I would appreciate the input from you. I want to know how you feel after the session and several weeks later, after your homework is done. Meditate, spend time with yourself. Pray and listen. Listen to a calming music.
